For adults who tolerate Wegovy® 2.4 mg for at least 4 weeks and for whom additional weight reduction is clinically indicated, a provider may increase the dose to a maximum of 7.2 mg once weekly. This progression is shown for general reference only and is not a prescription or instruction for self-adjustment. Prescribed schedules differ from person to person, and many people stay on a lower dose. Follow only the dose and instructions given by your licensed medical provider and the Instructions for Use supplied with your medication.
